Michael formerly built and scaled several InsureTech businesses as part of the leadership team at CoverWallet, a leading InsureTech startup, from its period of hypergrowth through its acquisition by Aon. There, he started and led CoverWallet for Agents, the agent distribution business unit of CoverWallet which rapidly grew to serve thousands of agents. He previously worked at McKinsey & Company, where he served major financial services companies on growth strategy and digital transformation, the U.S. State Department, and NASA. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Engineering from Princeton University.

Jack was formerly the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Petal, a successful FinTech consumer credit startup that serves over 100,000 cardholders. There, he was the technology leader from inception through its rapid growth where he built out the technology platform, created their alternative underwriting algorithm, and recruited and led the engineering team. He has previously worked at Amazon, TripleLift, and Goldman Sachs. Jack has a B.S. in Computer Science from UC Berkeley.
